Addition of flushx option to struct hamlib_port caused an expansion of the structure which had the side effect of making references like rig->vfolist incorrect for the shared library.

Git commit [8827f08] Add flushx option for MicroHam devices to allow flushing by read instead of tcflush. The special name of uh-rig only works on Linux and has other purposes apparently for ptt use #446

This is as-fixed as it's going to get....
4.0 will be broken but 4.1 and WSJT-X GA release should work OK.
