## Whitelisting_Project_GoerliNet :- This project demonstrates a basic Hardhat use case. It comes with a sample contract, a test for that contract, a sample script that deploys that contract, and an example of a task implementation, which simply lists the available accounts.

Whitelist is a list of registered and approved participants that are given exclusive access to contribute to an initial coin offering (ICO) or a presale.Crypto projects can open whitelist so that they can collect funds for their project by selling their project’s token t o the whitelisted addresses.
