When starting wicked in the latest 0.10.0 version, the kong adapter fails, as the portal API returns a 500 status when asking for the auth-servers.

Workaround: In the static configuration directory, create an empty auth-servers directory, add a dummy.txt file and retry. Alternatively, start the kickstarter in version 0.10.0 once and check in the changes.

Will be fixed in 0.10.1.

If there is no "auth-servers" directory in static, the case was detected, but then the reading of that directory was not put in the "else", but was always run.
