Portal starts slow in Kubernetes sometimes #57

In case the Portal starts prior to the portal API, it sometimes happens that the tryGet call gets caught in a timeout loop, which lets the portal wait for around 2 minutes until it tries to access the portal API again.

Set timeout to 2 secs; this was also done in Haufe-Lexware/wicked.node-sdk.
