[cppia] very early crash when loading cppia file

@markknol tested his codebook website generator with cppia on windows, I did a test on linux, the Host crashes immediately with a segfault after loading the file.

This also crashes for me: C:\haxe-3.2.1\haxelib.exe run hxcpp .\CodeCookBook.cppia, so it's not a regression. Thereforce, pushing to 3.4, but feel free to fix it earlier :-P
