tox is still fucked and will require it's own bit of emotional labour but the tests pass on my machine and right now that's as much as I can bare |

Added errors to age wizard and includes the new
agesub-package as well as thehoki_dialogueutils module to make prettier and standardised dialogues.The
agesubpackage will ultimately replace theage_utilsmodule but for now it's still in there for backwards compatibility.
