I've discovered two issues that need to be resolved to support WiFI kit 32(V3) with Arduino:

  1. The USB C connector doesn't work unless you connect it with a USB A to USB C cable. It appears that a USB C to USB C cable won't power the board.
  2. The heltec.cpp and heltec.cpp files need to be changed. I've attached corrected files:

heltec.zip

Now the demo files provided by HelTec work (at least the ones I tried, including the factory test sketch).
