Brain ConstantValues
Constant Values Brains convert genomes into a list of unchanging values. When update() is called on this type of brain, the brain returns these values as output. These brains ignore inputs. This type of brain is useful in evolving organisms in environments like survival of the fittest or evolving an NK fitness landscape organism.
