How to use

[ENG] You must have WorldGuard and when you have put BlockItemFrame, players will no longer be able to interact with the Frames in the areas of WorldGuard

[FRA] Il faut avoir WorldGuard et quand vous aurez mit BlockItemFrame, les joueurs ne pourront plus interagir avec les Cadres des areas de WorldGuard
