I see this available in the package list for Emacs, so I don't want to duplicate it here, sorry. |

Cool. Didn't even know about the emacs packaging system until now. What about users who don't install homebrew's emacs? The system emacs for me is at 22.1.1 and doesn't support the packaging system. |

You could package this formula in an external tap; though moving to at least Emacs 23 is considered good practice these days I think. |
