What is the source of the patch?

Some blogs (in Japanese) report that cmigemo-default-src-20110227.zip cannot compile against OS X (SnowLeopard and Lion) without that patch.
for example(written in Japanese :)):

does it give you an answer and what should I do?

That's probably good enough; we're trying to make sure to document all the patches we use in Homebrew.

After installing cmigemo with Homebrew
on Macbook Pro 15inch MID 2012 under
Mac OSX Mountain Lion (10.8.3 ),
I got frequent kernel panics on
clicking the closing box of Terminal windows

System Diagnostic Reports of console says
"BSD process name corresponding to current thread: cmigemo
Boot args: arch=x86_64."

Uninstalling cmigemo gives no kernel panics.
