Changes

• Bump version all the way to 2.0.0 due to many breaking changes. At the very least, we will try to keep the major version in sync with airbnb/master.
• All rule changes from airbnb/master@2.0.0-2.1.1 applied with a few exceptions noted below.
• As a side note, any of these rules can be discussed and changed 🍻
