I've written some code to do this, but it's on its own branch atm https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Standard-SSOT/tree/38-link-dashboard. I haven't merged it into the version-2.01 branch yet, because I'm not sure how we want to display/title the link, and also because some of the links are 404s (if no-one is using the element). I'm thinking the best fix to this would be for the dashboard to generate blank explanatory pages for all the elements in the schema.
