Description

When I refresh the Fabric Environments panel when connected to an incomplete setup of an environment, it 'disconnects' and displays the whole list of environments.

Expected Behavior

I expect the Fabric Environments screen to be 'connected' to the incomplete Fabric Environment

Actual Behavior

I am disconnected

Possible Fix

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new environment
  2. Connect to uncomplete (not setup) environment
  3. Delete a wallet / do something else which refreshes the environment panel
