Description
One way of speeding up adding an environment is to add the identities first, and then create the environment by passing a nodes file where each entry has a wallet and identity.
Our Local Fabric node files do something like this already.
We should document this so users know how to add environments quicker.

I should know how to associate nodes with an identity from a wallet
