Add date-columns to excel export #1076

The following new columns are needed in the Excel export:

  • Date (without time)
  • ISOyear-EPIweek
  • ISOyear
  • ISOweek
  • EPIweek

@raubreywhite I have updated this issue. Can you look at the list of columns and see if they match with what you need?

added ISO year and week as the last columns in the excel export #1076
