Add date-columns to excel export

The following new columns are needed in the Excel export:

• Date (without time)
• ISOyear-EPIweek
• ISOyear
• ISOweek
• EPIweek

@raubreywhite I have updated this issue. Can you look at the list of columns and see if they match with what you need?

Close! - Date (without time) - ISOyear-ISOweek - ISOyear - ISOweek (I think including both ISOweek and EPIweek will confuse a lot of people!)

And please remember that ISOweek must always be 2 digits wide. So it should be 2019-01 NOT 2019-1
