Purpose:
Purpose of CBS website is for viewing CBS data and creating new CBS projects.

Conversation:
The screen will show header (#issue required) and footer (#issue required).

Once user is affiliated with a project (#13 #37 ), then body of website shows CBS project dashboard (project: Reporting). If no project affiliated (once completed user registration #66 ) then see website with empty body.

Header requires a menu (top right) that includes:

• Home
• Create new CBS project ( Create new CBS project - form (page 1) #35 Define new CBS project - form (page 2) #37 #part 3)
• Log out

Confirmation:
Authentication redirects to CBS landing page with contact registration form open. Upon save, redirected to CBS landing page.
