User first logins to CBS website

Purpose:
This ticket references the landing page for the CBS website during first login.

Conversation:
The screen will show header (#issue required) and footer (#issue required).

The first time that a user logins to the CBS system, shown screen with:
"I have you been involved with CBS before" (select one)

• Open a type ahead search field that searches the User database using "Full Name" Data Model for Staff and Partner user information #13 - Selects self and hits "Save". If does not find self, then "Back".
  "I have not been involved with CBS before."
• Opens a contact information form that will feed into the User database ( Data Model for Staff and Partner user information #13 ).

Form components are:

• FirstName
• LastName
• Age
• Sex (Options: Male, Female, Other)
• National Society (Options: pull from FDRS)
• Preferred language (Options: English, French, but flexible for the addition of more languages)
• Mobile phone number: Validation rules for Mobile phone number should be applied - and localized.
• Email address: Follow normal validation rules

System registers:

• Date of activation (Activate volunteer #65): System recorded
• Last updated: System recorded. Revision history for tracking changes in User data, especially GPS.

User hits "save" and redirected to CBS landing page #58

Users will not be affiliated with a project ( #37 ), as contact information in User database is a requisite for type ahead in assigning responsibility within a CBS project. Once user is affiliated with a project (#13 #37 ), then body of website shows CBS project dashboard (project: Reporting).

Header requires a menu (top right) that includes:

• Home
• Create new CBS project ( Create new CBS project - form (page 1) #35 Define new CBS project - form (page 2) #37 #part 3)
• Log out

Confirmation:
Authentication redirects to CBS landing page with contact registration form open. Upon save, redirected to CBS landing page.
