Trigger escalation due to threshold	"Your [event] report(s) has triggered an alert. [Escalation UID], phone number: [phone number] will contact you for follow up. You need to [Key action]."	#54
Zero report	"Thanks for letting us know there have been no health events detected"
Alert trigger by others	"An alert for [event] has been triggered for [location]. [Escalation UID], phone number: [phone number] will contact you for follow up. Please [Key action]."
Phone number not recognized in User database	"Your phone number is not registered as a Volunteer, please register."
Each week/month	X [event] in [location] has been reported in [month]. Thank you for contributing to CBS. [Key messages]

• "Key message" is based on selected "Event"
• "Escalation UID" is linked to UID
• "Phone" is based on the name in "UID".
• "Key Action" is based on "Event"

@aninek, can you please elaborate on the [location] keyword? Is this just the location where the data collector is registered, or are we doing some more advanced analysis on where the message was sent from?

@roarfred yes, that is correct - probably lowest defined administrative location where data collected is registered. Using SMS we wont know exactly where the message is sent from, so relying on data collectors reporting only from their defined area.
