Discussed the need for a specifically named option for pediatric demographics option. Seeming like the effects should be rolled into normal, and the option can go away. But this is not fully agreed.

Decided - Remove the Pediatrics option

• remove the option
• remove the mention no volume 2
• remove the mothers madden name extension from profile
• write this up as a closed issue
