Update related sdpi-supplement-issues.adoc item when complete, indicating where the updates were made or the branche(s) that captured the updates, as well as moving from OPEN to CLOSED lists if appropriate.

From SDPi 1.0 Workshop: Info exchange during unsecured discovery: will be added to volume 3 general part (Todd) and volume 2 (David), Peter will review. David will ask Michael Faughn for missing participant / MDS type codes.

DECISION (2022.10.18): Move the "MDS" type codes of THIS topic to the existing topic:

 [Topic: System Types Nomenclature](https://confluence.hl7.org/display/GP/Topic%3A+System+Types+Nomenclature) 

specifically move the section: Central SDC Service Participants to the System Types topic +
Mark the info exchanged topic as "resolved"

@JavierEspina -- In the master branch issues document, this item doesn't have any info as to what was updated in the supplement, though it is listed in the CLOSED section. Was there additional information that was going to be added to the closed issue list?
