When you go to the Patient Group page and click the "Liste des Patients" link in the "action" column, the patients registry is properly filtered, but the date range is not updated. This means that it doesn't show the full list of patients. It would be better to show for "all time" since this is what the user expects.

This commit fixes the links to the Patient Registry from both the Debtor
Groups and Patients Groups.  Both links now allow the registry to show
the period from 'all time'.
