• update release.sh from INN/docs copy if applicable
• update repository description on Github; presently it's:

  A plugin adding a [pym src=""] shortcode to simplify the process of using http://blog.apps.npr.org/pym.js/

• copy release notes from https://github.com/INN/pym-shortcode/releases/tag/v1.3.2.1-rc1 into the release notes for 1.3.2.1, or just replace the 1.3.2.1-rc1 section of the changelog with 1.3.2.1
• shoutout to the testers
