Find rabbitMq tool from id referenced in prepare section of a data-repeater.
Return schema object instead of array. Only add id to posted configuration if it is not present. If a configuration is posted with an id, check that the id is unique.
renamed 'projects' to 'project'

This changes the schema endpoint to just return the current schema, it also adds def types for tool and server type in the schema
