MDC via counter-processor now requires a one-line fix

As reported by @jeromeroucou / the Recherche-Data-Gouv team, counter-processor has a minor bug which now stops reporting to DataCite. There is a fix PR: CDLUC3/counter-processor#29

Until that is merged/a new version released, we should point out in the guides that this change is required. (It's a simple one-line fix).

FWIW: DataCite has sent a list of installations with accounts through GDCC where this is a problem and we've contacted those groups directly about this.
