remove rsync from guides (deprecated)

Currently, rsync and package files are featured prominently in the User Guide:

This sounds like an easy fix, but seeing other issues also mention rsync, I don't understand if it's really deprecated or already unsupported. What if people still use it?

Yeah, we need to do this ASAP - the guide really makes it look like an actually available feature, and users keep asking our support about it.

@cmbz @scolapasta can we prioritized this? I'm going to give it a size of .5. Half an hour should be enough to delete some docs.
