What this PR does / why we need it: Per @scolapasta Payara-5.2020.2 / payara/Payara#4631 addresses the ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException thrown by earlier versions of Mojarra. This current release of Payara also addresses the grizzly-npn-bootstrap-1.8 incompatibility with openjdk-1.8.0.252. This allows us to remove the JSF patch bits from the installers and avoid documenting / working around #6853.
