This is a cleaned-up, and updated version of the Feature_11332_Support_Dependencies branch to implement Dependency configuration in Director.
No longer attempting to implement dependency "tabs" for hosts and services. Can instead just configure Dependency Objects...or alternately Templates with Apply Rules.
