This happens quite a bit, not sure the cause, or how to 'reset'.

As you can see from the following screenshot, the FLOOR PLAN - ROOF drawing is only supposed to run the annotation, but it's running the linework, as well.

Here's the .blend file, and here's the ifc file.

Open the .blend file first.
