I keep meaning to get to exporting this, unfortunately didn't manage for the 23.1 cut.
However, we are I belive planning an update soon after, so I'll see about exposing the noop strategies for WC and those might be available as soon as next week perhaps.
The Blazor side of things might a bit more complicated, though depending on the strategy, it might be completely possible to provide the grid with a plain class with matching API and get the same effect for both platforms as a workaround
