Description

Only in IE11 the animations are broken and the sizing is not quite accurate

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open this topic in IE 11 - https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/dialog.html
  2. Open and observe the dialogs behaviors

Result

The animations are very laggy and the sizing of the "Standart Dialog" is wrong, nothing like the other browsers

Expected result

Dialog's behavior to be more similar to the other browsers
