We made a major update to Expansion Hunter. Compared to earlier versions, the new version of the program can resolve more complex regions and genotype a wider variety of repeats. See release notes for more information.
We also made some changes to the repository structure. From now on, all documentation will be located in the docs folder while the wiki will be reserved for news updates. The documentation for earlier versions of the software can be found in v2.5.6 release.
