The folder "Main Code", includes all the experiments and saved data regarding the inference using our proposed method and the Genetic Algorithm method (data for Figure 4 of the paper are saved in .pkl format in this folder).
The "Bar Plots" folder contains all the experiments and data regarding the different missing data percentage and different process noise (data for Figures 5 and 6 are saved in .pkl format in this folder).
Finally, all the data are imported to Matlab format and the scripts used for generating the figures are included in the "Visualizations" folder.
