Removes use of travis CI in favour of GitHub Actions
Adds test-unit and test-integration steps to the GitHub action workflow
Fixes file validation warnings
Transferred ownership to SRE
Includes vendor fix from fix: change mongodb-boltdb-mock deleted repo ref to new SHA #81
Closes Uses no longer accessible dependencies #79
