Board Forecast for the Downstream Service Description is showing as N/A. In fact this is used to denote that a Board Forecast ID maybe sent back in the Machine Ready message, can therefore should be checked they are the same. Also it maybe a good change to remove all N/A features to keep the UI clean.

Also took the opportunity to tidy up the alignment and added Command to the Subjects list and JavaScript to refresh the page on-event.
