Description
Pin 14 on XMC4 series boards is a VAREF pin and hence cannot be used as a GPIO.

Related Issue
Issue #199

Context
In order to prevent old legacy code from breaking, the pin assignments have been kept the same by use of dummy assignments (floating pins on MCU). This is planned to be finally fixed in the upcoming version 2.x
