• Concernant le widget alertes :

  • Afin que des alertes apparaissent, il faut créer des notes, les cibler (afin de filtrer à qui elles sont affichées) et les tagger comme alertes avec l’impact de l’alerte (onglet spécifique sur la note créée).

  • S’il y a moins de 2 alertes et que l’impact est inférieur à Moyen, le widget affiche un icone avec un soleil et des nuages. S’il y a plus de 2 alertes ou si l’impact est égal à Moyen, le widget affiche un icone avec des nuages, et si l’impact est supérieur à Moyen, le widget affiche un icone avec de la pluie.

  • Une alerte peut être publique et dans ce cas, est visible sur la page d’authentification de GLPI.
