1. Edit/add to the contents of the src/content folder to add more posts/rants/quotes/whatever to your site :)
2. run 
    $ hugo serve
3. go to localhost:1313 and see how it looks
4. deploy the changes 
    $ git add -A
    $ git commit -m '<insert commit message here>'
    $ git push
