The change proposed drops support for 1.19.1, 1.19.2 and 1.19.3, in favor of 1.19.4, which was released in March 2023.
Mojang, Spigot and Paper drop support for earlier point releases immediately, if a new point release is available.
Users of 1.19.1 to .3 are advised to update to 1.19.4, or to 1.20.1.
