Due to many changes with the Cloud Command Migration PR, several issues happened that needs to be overlooked at.

How to reproduce:

  1. Type /favs debugpaste
  2. See that the link is not clickable:

How to reproduce:

  1. use /favs reload
  2. Try to type /favs info or something else

Tabcompletion and commands are somehow gone (on 2.8.0 it worked but not on 2.9.4)

- Move commands reloading logic via ``/favs reload`` (broken & no longer needed).
- Re-add ``meteor`` as an alias of the comet brush.
