This fix issue where in lot of situation acu prioritize enemy acu oward units. What is obviously bad in nearly any situation. Why it happend is somewhere else as there, while it should still prioritize unist with mobile category that have lower max hp (what acu in most of cause isnt) but this change fix it and dont break nothing else.
