Refactored the `testBenchmarkTable` method in ReadmeTest.php to improve the time formatting. Added a new `$timeFormat` function for uniform time formatting and updated text generation for execution times. In README.md, the execution time strings were updated to align with the new formatting changes made in the test file.
The section heading "Run the benchmark locally" has been simplified to "Run benchmark locally". This change was deemed necessary for easier readability and better understanding of contents in the README.md file.
