Steps on how to reproduce the result

1)Upload nonIID_DPsgd_Final.ipynb onto colab, create Colab compute engines on GCP and connect the notebook to the vm

#We would recommend T4 GPU and it would take about 3 days to fully run the simulations.

2)Run the notebook to create the csv

3)Use FL_report_vis.ipynb to create visualisations and reproduce the findings
