1. Review roles and workload sharing
   • Mark - UI customization and revisions
   • Hans - Code integration and deployment, admin settings, askbot functionality disabling/enabling as necessary, collaborate with Mark on UI
   • Ying - Download functionality, collaborate with Mark on UI
   • Max - Data model customization and revisions, sample content, testing, documentation, client meetings and communication, issues and milestone tracking
2. Issues and milestone tracking
   • As issues/bugs are found with the application, they should be entered at GitHub
   • Items assigned to team members at weekly meetings
   • Milestones reviewed at weekly status meetings
   • Close issues as they are completed
3. Future Deadlines (milestones)
   • March 11th
   • March 25th
   • April 1st (This is our target to begin user acceptance testing)
4. Review Feb 18 Deadline and Issues on GitHub
   • Outstanding issues closed or recast to future
5. Review March 4th Milestone and Issues on GitHub
   • Team members report on the status of items they are working on
   • Commit to March 4th deliverables and recast others to future
6. Combining code revisions and deploying to scopeproject.herokuapp.com
