動作環境にパッケージ作成者の情報を載せるビルドオプションを追加します。 Autotoolsはオプションの表示が重複して乱れるため実装しません。 パッケージ作成者を表す文字列は改行やHTML文字参照を含まない単純なものを 想定しています。指定がないときは従来の`バイナリ/ソース( <配布元> )`を 表示します。
