Enhance French typo and usuabilty

II was searching such a functionality for Scribus when I fall out on your script.

It is all right, but it has some limitations:

• it deals only with a selected frame. When you have a novel with numerous frames, to do it frame by frame looks like hell :(
• it doesn't deal with previously unbreakable space adding by Scribus if ever you have run it
• it doesn't respect French (from France) typo dealing with the Lexique des règles de typographiques en usage à l'Imprimerie nationale:
  • ; ! ? --> thin unbreakable space
  • : « » --> unbreakable space

  • •     --> simple space
      

  • and the classical rules for . , ( ) [ and ]

I know that some of my remarks are already noticed in the doc:

- same choosen space for « » ; ! ; : …

- only manages selected frame and doesnt follow links accross linked text frames <-- PR wanted

I feel some of your desires (about spaces and typography) are allready satisfied by the script -- or should be... but maybe not exactly as advised by the Lexique des règles de typographiques en usage à l'Imprimerie nationale.
When not, please create a report for each issue and join a sample test document where i can reproduce the issue -- or give details as what to expect.

AFAIK the main remaining job is to enable the action on a whole set of linked text frames -- at least optionally. It's not so much of a hassle for me since I do DTP almost at the same time i write and edit the text, but i know this missing feature is required for other workflows.
AMOF this is #2 and your PR are wellcome.

Hi JL, Finally, I went to the solution that was more simple and robust for me. I wrote a new script that is more simple to adapt. My script deals only of typo, without dealing problems of character, that are not concerned by typo. It runs over a single frametext or over a whole document.
