JabRef version 3.3 on Mac OS X 10.11.5

I used "Quality" --> "Cleanup entries…" to

  1. format article titles with "field formatter"
  2. rename the PDF with the newly formatted title

But it seems that the PDF were renamed before the titles were formatted. So I need to run cleanup twice every time.

Also add cleanup operation "Recreate BibKeys" after all other cleanup operations but before PDF rename.

This should be fixed in the latest development version. Could you please check the build from http://builds.jabref.org/master/. Thanks!

@tobiasdiez Thanks! The renaming order seems to be correct now.
