Add tests for regex in CurrencyQuery #21

CurrencyQuery mandates that regex are supported. This is easy to miss
and we should add tests for this.

Oracle no longer provided updates for Java which causes some builds to
fail like JavaMoney#21.
However from other vendors JDK 7 updates are still available.

On TavisCI openjdk7 is only available for trusty and precise, not for
bionic or xenial.
