header UI almost done

happy with current state of track_view, tho not done yet

sidebar is currently under development

draggin too (looks good also)

NOT A SINGLE AUDIO FEATURE IS EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT IMPLEMENTING AT THIS POINT (l8r tho)
