执行    cb_share_config.exe
选定    CodeBlocks_ColorTheme..conf
目标选  CB的配置文件  default.conf

操作前先备份   default.conf


注意把
General Settings - Other options - Highlight line under caret

选中 ， 这样才会实现当前行高亮的效果
